Fulham scored three goals in six minutes to beat Nottingham Forest in an entertaining game at the City Ground.
The hosts took an early lead when Taiwo Awoniyi headed in a corner, but were stunned by Fulham’s remarkable comeback in the second half.
Tosin Adarabioyo equalized with a header after 54 minutes before Joao Palhinha’s stunning strike made it 2-1.
Before Forest could catch their breath, Harrison Reed stroked home a third.
Fulham looked to be taking control of the game heading into the second half, but a wonderful shot from Forest substitute Jesse Lingard set Brennan Johnson free and Lewis O’Brien teed it up.
Momentum swung back to Steve Cooper’s side but time ran out for another as Fulham secured their third win of the season.
It is the second Premier League game in a row that Forest have conceded after a 2-0 lead against Bournemouth. It ended with a 3-2 victory Two weeks ago for the Cherries.
Fulham, who finished 10 points ahead of Forest in the Championship last season, had chances down both sides of the middle but were also severely tested by the hosts.
Awoniyi and Morgan Gibbs-White both went close for Forest, forcing goalkeeper Dean Henderson into a save to deny Fulham’s Aleksandar Mitrovic, Kenny Tete and Andreas Pereira.
In the end, a ruthless six minutes from Fulham took their toll as Forest were once again humbled by the harsh realities of life in the top flight.
Both teams observed a minute’s silence before kick-off, before the fans sang the national anthem and applauded in the 70th minute, in honor of the late Queen Elizabeth II.
